Turrow/McParlane Associates, Inc. ("TMA") is a technology-based, tax discovery service organization. TMA utilizes a proven tax discovery service process and innovative, specialized software for the discovery and subsequent registration of previously unregistered businesses or individuals for government municipalities.

The principals of the Company were employed by Mosaix, Inc. as directors within Mosaix's Revenue Improvement Services (RIS) division from 1995-1998. During that period, the tax discovery process was refined at several client sites, and proprietary software (RMS) was developed to augment the tax discovery process. Due to an internal restructuring, within Mosaix, Inc., the principals acquired the RIS business unit in May 1998 and established Turrow McParlane Associates, Inc.

The RIS business unit has a proven and successful track record with several major tax districts. An example of a contracted RIS project, the registration of previously non-compliant businesses for the City of Los Angeles, resulted in a tax base increase in excess of 150% over the municipality's non-automated tax discovery projects. This generated a revenue increase for the City of Los Angeles of approximately $30 Million, or 3% of the total tax base with future continuous yearly renewal revenue in excess of $10 Million.
